ignition fuse keeps blowing

1986 searay seville.
Was out on the water. Boat died. Figured out it was a blown ignition fuse that also melted the fuse holder. Replaced fuse holder and now every time we put a new fuse in. It blows right a way. Prior to even putting the key in. Any ideas on what the issue could b. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You have a dead short between the ignition feed wire and battery negative somewhere. Start at the engine. Check for frayed wires that are contacting the engine.

Can not see any frayed wiring or damaged wiring anywhere
