If you fried it, unless you are an electronics engineer, a print is not going to help you. Those digital tachs have surface mount components that you won't be able to tell a capacitor from a resistor. A replacement tach sounds like the order of the day.

I'm not sure who makes the OMC digital tach, possibly Aetna Engineering. It's going to be hard to get a print of the inner workings of that tach though. Good luck.
