Just wanted to share a good customer service experience. I just purchased a used boat with a DaulPro XL on board charger. The charger was dead in one bank. Called DualPro and explained and they said the unit was still under warranty and they would ship a new one right away. Ended up doing an upgrade to a better unit because they gave me a great deal on it. Can't vouch for the product itself yet but the customer support was great. They answered the phone and fixed my problem first call. By the way, the warranty doesn't transfer but they still stood behind their product.
