Anyone running a Hawkeye indash(HawkEye D10DX.01T In-Dash) depth sounder on my 1997 Larson Flyer I/O. I just purchased one(reviews were great), and the water and air temp are working, but I cannot get it to give me depth readings. I've spent the last three weekends adjusting the transom mounted transducer to see if that helps, but everytime I go out it's the same deal. Out of the water I can hear the transducer ticking, so I assume that it is working??
On the LCD I get a depth reading for about 5 seconds, then "---". If I toggle between air and water temp to depth the same thing happens. I'm not sure if the depth it's giving me for the 5 seconds is correct or not.
Anyone out there that could give me some help troubleshooting I would greatly appreciate it.
