Look up Fosters Trolling Motor Service on Google, they will try to help you troubleshoot it online and sell you parts if you want to give it a shot yourself. They've successfully diagnosed board failures, and then walked me through the swapping out of those boards twice on two different motors. There should also be a service center local to you to drop it off at, like Silvertip suggested.
