I have an ETA series 1658 breaker that the neck has broken off of
I can find the breaker series with no issues on line however there is no part # to call out how many amp breaker it is.
anyone know how to determine what the amp rating is for this?

What circuit does the circuit breaker break? Master, nav lights, bilge pump, etc.?

And what boat?

Do you have busted off white piece? Often the reset button has the amp rating marked on it.

I'll have to look at a boat at work tomorrow. I think about 5 amps though. Could be wrong.

The blower itself should have a tag with the specs on it. I think once again its around 7 amps?

So if it is covering both bilge pump and blower wound in red to get a 10 or 15 amp?

Bilge pump and blow should be on two different circuits. If the blower goes under water and the CB pops, having the pump on the same circuit means you just lost the one thing that may keep you afloat. Other than PFD's that is.

Just go to a local store that sells blowers, check the specs on a couple, you may have to open a box or two.
