Need help hooking up an ACR to my House Battery

I have a perko switch 1,All,2 hooked up to my starting battery and 2-trolling Motor batteries. I want to hook up an isolated House 4th battery but want to be able to isolate it when electronics are using it but charge when Outboard is on.

Negating the trolling bats, you would want something like this

Being an outboard, does the alternator on it produce enough to charge a second bat?
