VesselView Module and VesselViewMobile

We are having trouble with the VesselView Module. We seem to be able to connect, but we are getting no information. The Bluetooth light also stays on forever. We have to disconnect the entire module to make it go out. We are very excited to have the VesselView but frustrated right now. We just purchased the Mercury Motor and Fishing Boat this year.

Vessel View is a Bluetooth connected device.
Bluetooth will be on continuously until you disconnect your device from Vessel View.
