2008 VMAX carbed 2 stroke to NMEA 2000

I have a new Garmin 54cv. Looking to maybe stream the limited amount of info available from the digital gauge to the NMEA 2000 Garmin 54cv. I don't think the engine has the command link gauge. Anyway possible to feed some of the info this gauge sees to the Garmin? I figure it's a long shot but maybe there is some compatability I'm not aware of. I have installed the GFS 10 Garmin fuel flow sensor and while it does give a "gauge read out" I cannot figure out how to get a precise number out of it, such 4.3gph (it just shows a generic needle gauge)

any help on that would be appreciated as well
