I’m rewiring my boat.i have a blade fuse block

mounted by the battery.using 10avg wire with a 30 amp fuse.running 12avg dual cable about 10 ft. Up to the 4 gang switch panel.for my nav lights bilge and fishfinder

I only have 4 accessories totaling together 6 amps

Then if the question is can you run a 4 gang switch panel with 4 accessories totaling 6 amps, from a 30 amp fuse using 12awg wire about 10 feet, then yes, that will work.

As a safety factor, have each unit use a separate fuse of size according to max draw of the individual unit

The bow light draws 0.74 amps,the stern light 0.74 amps .bilge 2 amps and fishfinder 1amp not sure about what size fuse

I would use 2 to 3 amp for the fish and lights. Use a 5 amp for the bilge and wire it to the battery.
