2014 Bass Tracker Pro Team 190tx with a Merc 115 Pro-XS

What happened, used trim switch at motor to remove engine brace worked fine then.
As it was being backed into the water, turned ignition switch to fire up. No power at all, no click or anything.
None of the switches or gauges worked, no horn, No depth finder. No trim. Trolling motor worked fine.

What I checked all the fuses under the dash are fine, there is power at the fuse panel and on both sides of the fuses.
unplugging the ignition switch at the panel and probed for power there and got no power.
Battery was fully charged, couldn't find a inline fuse or breaker coming off the battery ( that i could see )
checked all the fuses I can find on the Engine and they are all good to.

To me if I have power at the battery and at the fuse panel but not going into the ignition switch itself
I would think that its not the ignition switch.
But the power that goes into it ?
Does that make sense ?
So is there a constant (+) power that should be at the switch ?
Where do i start looking ?
Anyone have a wiring diagram ?

Might seem silly/obvious....but was the safety lanyard attached to the kill switch?
