I'm sorry try to get on last night and had someone come over yesterday evening we figured out they must have sent the wrong switch the switch was in a bag that had been open I don't they intended to but I going to have to come up with another plan I'm going to use the switch and one toggle switch that should put me in the water thanks so much for your help.

Are you sure you have the correct switch ?------That system is in forward when motor is NOT running.-------12 volts is applied to green to get neutral.------12 volts is applied to both wires ( green and blue ) to get reverse.---------No voltage required anywhere to get forward gear.-----Motor must be TURNING to provide oil pressure to shift function !
So as it’s turning over it’s in forward and once running neutral?

A good unit will shift to neutral after one turn of the flywheel.----But it may still turn when on a trailer with no load on the prop.---Just the nature of the gears and bearings in oil.
