Gps for lake erie

Hey fellas. So I am interested in a gps. I reckon a chart plotter. I have never owned one before so i am not very familiar with them. I'm wanting something that if I leave out of toledo and I can plot a course to let's say put in bay. Or if I leave out of toledo I can plot a course to lets say west sister island to fish. Does anybody have any suggestions

Almost any of the chartplotter/ fishfinder combos will do what you want. I prefer the Humminbird interface. Works good for me on Erie. Should be able to get into a unit for a couple of hundred bucks.

Garmin makes good ones too. Pretty easy to plot routes or simple go to points
