Hummingbird No Transducer connected

I order a new transducer due to my dogs chewing up my old one. Now the new on comes on but says no transducer connected. I ordered a transducer for the Hummingbird 585c or 535 not sure but the one on the boat is a 525. I have 3 FF and hope I can make this one work to connect my transducer. If I have power can I get the transducer to work? Any suggestions beside but a new one?

Would seem you should probably contact Humminbird, they are an easy company to work with and they are very forgiving of us that might order the wrong part. The correct transducer for that head unit is part number NT 9 20 T
