Okay so both don't seem to be the part I am talking about. I'm having trouble finding the name but I screenshotted a close up. It is the part with red dot on it.

I was finally able to get over to the storage where I have my boat. I added a mark a few days ago to see if the drive lowers but it doesn't seem to have lowered at all. Is this a sign that the leak is inside the boat?

Probably not since it didn't go down at all and there is no oil inside the boat. My guess is the cylinder seals do leak but probably while its being operated in the water. The water came in and without other signs of leaks it would leave the seals in the cylinders

Ah ok. I will be taking it out tomorrow so I will check after to see if any water got in the oil again just to make sure.
