CMC Jackplate elecrical issue

When i try to trim my jackplate up all i hear is the relay clicking but the plate doesnt move, could it be the relay or is it more likely an other issue? Just looking for a starting point. Thanks

First, check all the battery connections. Clean as required.

If that doeant work, take a screwdriver and jump the relay. If the motor moves, its the relay. If the motor doesnt move, look at the motor
