Minn Kota Power Drive I pilot prop won't turn

Hello, I have a Minn Kota Power Drive i pilot that I bought back in March. It worked fine for months and just the other day I tried it out and the prop wont turn. The controller is saying it's connected and I can turn the head and stuff left and right with the controller but nothing happens at the bottom. I took the head off and looked for signs of shorted wires and what not but everything looked normal with no marks or burns. I took the motor off the bottom and same thing. Nothing looked damaged. Not sure what to do from here. I probably haven't used it more than 20 hours since buying. Any help would be great. Thanks

If it was new in March it should still be under warranty, so if it' not something simple I'd take to a repair location.

Have you tried running it with both the foot control and the remote? That would be a quick way to find out if the problem is with the controls or the motor.
