Hi guys, I am going to look at a Motor Guide 24 volt electric bow mount trolling motor made by Motor Guide. The seller told me it is a 24 volt motor but it has a toggle switch to operate it off of 12 volts if I want to/ Question: If I do this, would I lose power or time or both on the 12 volt system? It is a 60 pound thrust motor. Does the 24 volts make it faster (more thrust) or just last longer on two batteries rather than just one?
