Anyone know why? Well hope everyone had a good 4th, this weekend the lady and kids will be gone so I'm going to be diging into the boat. Pulling the seats and carpet upto the windshield. Maybe going to start cutting away the structure above the floor. Just so I can see how deep the rot is.

Just an update, I have been busy, just bought another truck and a lot of plans. Still hoping to have the boat done this summer tho. It's #1 on the list

I have a 16' 1986 Bayliner Capri with a 90 hp. Mine was a total gut job and new vinyl like it appears you have to do. Mine had the back to back seats, and no room, so I changed things up a little. Our family has had so much fun on this little boat. I'll be tagging along to see your progress. It's a very nice looking boat!!!
