Update:

Today I flipped the skiff back over and set it on some 4x4s....I need to get the interior layout in and will have to screw into the sides..so Ill flip it back over later to finish the fairing and bottom paint.

I cut out the side sections of the frames.

Then I removed the back frame and trimmed it to fit a bulkhead for the mid ship bench.

Thanks Guys, gonna head over to HD later to pick up some 3/4 foam boards to fill in the spaces between the ribs before the deck and side panels go on...

Update:

HD didnt stock 3/4 extruded foam board so I went to Lowes and got it, along with 1/4 bc for the deck, and 1/4 ac for the sides.

The mid and aft frame pieces were starting to warp so I removed them and decided to make the seating in MDO...

Using longer screws than then ones that fit was convenient at the time, but was time consuming and tedious now, but time to pay the fiddler they say...took about 1/2 hr to grind them all down..in hindsight.............

So I ground those down and added some cleats for the deck.

Then I started fitting the foam between the "stringers"....

The center pieces were pretty straight forward, but the outer pieces were a real pain, being a compound angle and rounded....so it was pretty much cut, set, cut again, set, cut again ect.... but they are done

I started messing with an early 80's 7.5 hp johnson I used on the 10' game fisher...I plan to test this boat on the local reservoir which is 9.9 or 10 max

It started but needs the carb cleaned art best.....im working on it here and there..

Thanks Arch, Its just that structural foam sheathing they sell at the big box stores.....Home depot was pink, Lowes was blue, but now its green....
