Nice work, and a lot of work at that! Looks like it's going to be at least 4 times stronger than factory. That's whats so great about all these rebuilds on this forum. Mine is so much stronger and stiffer I can't even believe it.

I've used those fuse panels before, they work well.

You don't think the tank needs support in the middle? Water flow wouldent be a issue, the existing gas tank pads are right in the line of water flow already. The tank is either 28 or 30 gallons. Around 240 lbs when full I guess. The scary part is all that holds it in is 6 small screws with light aluminum clamps

I also have an s-130. How did you remove the top? Do you have any pointers or tips? I'm in the process right now.
