Ladder came loose

I have a '96 Dynasty Elanti 190 and was out at the lake this past weekend and the screws came out on one side fo my ladder which was attached to the top of the swim platform. Any ideas on how to repair the holes left behind and on how to reattached the ladder or the best was to attach the ladder? I had the ladder attached with 4 wood screws that went through the fiberglass and into the wood underneath.

I do believe i have rot in the area of where the ladder was attached, I will try to post pics next few days.

Your pics are not working. Probably to Big. Reduce them to 640x480 pixels. Check out the link in my signature for posting pics.

Through Bolt your ladder if possible ..

If its glass or wood .. does not matter .. through bolt your ladder fasteners.

You might get away with it for a few more years..

Pics are suggested and would be good .

Your ladder is an addon ladder .. not OEM ..

2 choices for ya .. through bolt ( temp fix ) or re-core your swim platform ..

Sorry I see no other perm fix for this ( unless you want to mount and NOT use the ladder .. those 4 steppers after market mods are for small children or old guys ( No Dis to old dudes here ( EZ,YD,VT etc )) ..
