Help with locating interior material

I have a 1983 Four Winns Marquise 170. The two moveable seats in the rear of the boat that can be changed from seats to a sundeck are in really bad shape. The wood is rotting, and the vinyl is very discolored.

Can someone direct me to where the best place to find new material that will "match" the existing original vinyl? Thanks!
