1987 Bayliner Capri Upholstry

I am going to attempt to reupholster my 87 Bayliner. How do I remove the padded side rails to reupholster them? Also does anyone know of a seat supplier that uses a lighter blue than navy and makes the folddown seats for bayliners? A previous owner used Wise seats but the plywood is all rotted out and when the upholstery was last done a very low grade of marine fabric was used and they didn't use stainless steel staples. Any suggestions or advise would be greatly appreciated.

lol.....been there done that.......ill tell you how to do it in detail.....but the canada swede game is on now....lol

Not sure how Bayliner attaches their side panels. Post some pic's that might give us some clues. Possibly screws behind the buttons.
