Re: My Restoration Project....1976 Glastron Carlson CV16

How's the project coming? I have been looking at other CV-16 boats that are like mine, and it appears yours is the closest I've found based on the year ('76), color and the Johnson outboard. The only difference is that my interior layout is different.Anyhow, here's a link to the pictures of what mine looks like after the restoration: http://www.lockwoodconsultinganddesign.com/boat.html
Unfortunately I have to sell it due to a fourth kid on the way, but these sure are fun boats!
Good luck with the project!

Welcome to iBoats!
Nice Boat and Nice Work so far. Check Out page 76 of OOPS thread for his Peanut Butter Recipe You can use it for your transom fill-in work. and for filleting your stringers etc... Check out this guys thread his boat is similar to yours so you might get some ideas.

Hope you are using a Tyvek and a good mask during your grinding and sanding sessions. USComposites.com is a good resource for your materials if you don't already have one.

Remember Time, Money, and Beer and you can do anything

I'm just sayin...:D
I don't know if that thread has changed or something but could you possibly repost it? I know this was from 2009 but I am doing a restoration right now and finding the right threads has been my weak link haha!
