Here's a few shots of my project boat. I started this a LONG time ago and put it in the barn. Now is the time!

How's the project coming along. I started resortation on a 1972 SRV190 last Fall. My biggest job was 'digging' out 15 years of weeds and leaves. Boat was parked, uncovered for 15 years in Northern Michigan. It was truly 'Farm Fresh'.

What did you decided to do for replacement stringers and how did you handle building a new transom?

Nice Project! I did the same project some time ago. I'll post pics for you to see what can be done. I used marine plywood for my stringers. Good luck and enjoy!

By the way, the Mercury outboard you have mounted on your Sea Ray is not 1972 vintage. Not that it matters only I would mention it.

My project boat was originally powered by a 1150 and I upgraded to the optional 1400 offered in 1972.
