Shipping those things is tough, I have two here that I probably won't use, one is new but has been sitting around for years and has a few scratches in it that need to be buffed out and the other is in good shape but has some overspray and dust on it. I used aluminum frames and glass on both boats to save myself the hassle of having to worry about cleaning scratch prone lexan and I also wanted bow access to make line access and anchoring easier. It added some weight but was well worth it to me. On the one boat I just left off the windshield all together, it was always in my way and the boat runs faster without it.
