93 Trophy 2502 Fuel Tank Replacement Via Hole In Deck

Hello,

I have a question, thinking maybe someone can steer me in the correct direction.

i discovered a golf ball sized hole in the fuel tank between the tank and the bulkhead. That said I cut the deck and part of the splash well out. While cutting the deck I ended up cutting into the rubber cap that sits atop the stringer. I am wanting to purchase some to replace what I cut into, plus the way I am going to support the deck piece requires that I place the rubber cap on those support pieces as well.

i have looked everywhere online for this rubber to no avail. Does anyone know what this is actually called? Or where I can go to purchase more?

neoprene, it prohibits a rot for the tank and act also as a cusion. It's specific to metal tanks use. No chemical reactions..
Other rubbers, plastic will deteriorate the tank.
