Hi all, tried not create a new thread but don’t know enough terminology to search for what I’m after.
Have a fibreglass hull that doesn’t have any seating. I would like to install plinths to fix seating too but unsure how I go about it.
The boat floor is one piece, I can’t access it from underneath, nor do I have the skills to rip it up and re-do it. The cheapest option I see is to build plinths and glue them to the floor then mount sears to these plinths. Would this be a feasible and acceptable work around in terms of durability and cost effectiveness ?
Would very much appreciate input from anyone who has been in the same scenario and done the work or even a link to a similar thread if one exists. I’ve attached pictures of my hull. All questions welcomed !
