Who has had experience drying out or removing the flotation foam in the hull. I've seen posts of people getting into the hull to remove it, but I would like to hear from someone with experience in doing it.
Most folks who have posted in the restoration forum have experience digging out the foam and re-building their boats. I suggest you have the Mods move this thread over there (to the restoration forum).
It is really not a Winner brand specific thing . . . as many other brands of boat are going to be pretty much the same process.
