Hello everyone. I feel like im unicorn hunting for the items I need. I have searched to the extint of my ability. Im trying to replace the thru transom livewell drain fittings on an old bassboat. I rebuilt the transom a couple years ago and I beefed it up. The total transom thickness is 2". I cant for the life of me, find fitting with the proper dimensions. What I need is as pictured with the following dimensions.

1 1/8" hose,
1 1/4" transom hole
and atleast 2 1/4" of threads.

The issue im running into is the 1 1/8" hose fitting I have located that are long enough require a 1 1/2" transom hole. The fittings im replacing match my needed dimensions but are about a half inch to short.

Any ideas where i can find these?

Close yes. Not sure what the outside diameter is on the threaded side. I know TH makes the same item but shows an outside diameter of 1 3/8 rather then the 1 1/4 i need.

Let me know if you find any sites that have odd ball sizes.. I'm in the same unicorn boat as you.. I can't find a replacement thru hull for my cooler drain

I replaced mine with stainless from attwood. Notice how the plastic ones cracked. Its not a matter of corrosion resistance, its the plastic could fail causing a leak that will sink you. If the plastic cracks and the remaining thru-hull then falls inside the boat, your bilge pump wont be able to pump the water out of the boat.

Attwood 66549-3 for 1-1/8 hose

plastic has no place in a thru-hull unless you dont care if your boat sinks. plastic has a design life of 5 years, unless its exposed to sunlight.

yes, real boats use stainless or bronze. stainless is "blingy", however the proper thru-hull is bronze

Thanks for the help guys. I know some of you will judge me but I went with the plastic chevymahar posted. I figure the livewell pumps are all plastic thru hull and I might as well keep it uniform. Im not at all worried about the plastic breaking considering the ones being replaced lasted 30 years. I decided I did not need to spend 500% more $$ for parts that will inevitably long outlive the boat itself.

dont be so sure. I replaced the plastic thru-hulls in my boat twice in 9 years. UV damage and cracking lead to leaking

plastic has no place as a thru-hull.

so for $12, i went stainless
