Vent Hoses

I have a Rinker 185 Captiva, inboard 4.3 L v-6 motor. I am currently restoring this boat, and found that there are 4 vent tubes coming from the side of the boat going to nowhere. Can anyone tell me, or direct me in the right direction as to (1) where do they go, and (2) what exactly are they for? the hose looks similar to a dryer vent hose. maybe 3 inches diameter.

They are blower vent hoses and one is attached to a blower motor, and the others are placed down low under the motor and around.

The blower blows air out of the boat and sucks air from inside. The hoses are routed down low so fumes which are heavier then air can be removed
