Looking at buying a 1992 skeeter s-1850. It needs hual work on the bottom. Pictures arent the best but I'm headed to look at it tomorrow in person. Just looking for some advice on whether or not it worth trying to fix or if it's just trashed. He is selling it for what the 150 johnson fast strike is worth. Any advice is welcome. Thanks guys.

90% chance it's all waterlogged under the deck and would need a Full Gut Restore. Most bass boats of this vintage do!! Lots of work but when done, it'll be better than new and a heck of a lot cheaper.

Well I went ahead and bought her. Figured if I can't fix it then I can resale for the outboard for what I paid for it. Need to flip her over to see how bad it really is. Hoping to use a motor hoist and A frame. I like project just hoping this one won't be to bad...

Not sure if this boat has a cap or just a floor? Definitely no soft spots in the floor. Hope I can flip her on her side and patch the bottom. I should be able to tell when i get her off the trailer on how bad she really is.
