gm280, I'm happy to have you along for the ride.

sphelps, I was thinking of using one the woodcarving discs with my grinder. Feel like I would have better control.

Not a bad Idea about the chainsaw type grinding setup disk for an angle grinder. Why didn't I think about doing that? :noidea:

Well even before you get started "grinding" anything out, let me be the first to tell you, you will probably cut through the hull somewhere. And while none of us wanted to do that, seems we all did.

I say that before hand because once it happens, you are going to panic a little until you understand how easy it is to fix. So grab your "Tyvek Suit", some eye and ear protection and slap on a respirator and get going. :thumb:

But one thing to remember, if you don't post pictures, it never happened on these forums. We all love pictures and they show so much about where you are in the project and even may issues to help you out. So post away and get them picture posted as well. :bounce:

You know, now that I think about it, I haven't cut through my hull once either.

I did it a few times...
