repairing a seam on boat seat

I have a pontoon with a sun deck to lay on, on the end of the cushion it has came apart at the seam but there is no way to remove it and sew it. I was wondering if there is a glue or something on the market that I could put on the part of the seam that has come apart to keep it from ripping the stitches out any more. Thanks

most likely you will need to un-staple the edge and have re-sewn. there is no band-aid glue that works

is the threads what failed, or did the vinyl fail?

IF the vinyl is still pliable AND it's just the threads that have deteriorated you can use a Curved upholstery needle and some V96 Polyester upholstery thread to do some hand stitching and it'll look great. Here's a video on how to...
