Adding sink to bathroom?

looking at a ‘77 Harbor Master 40’ houseboat. Photos don’t show if it has a bathroom sink. It does have a picture showing shower and toilet. What’s the possibility it was built without a bathroom sink and if it was how hard is it to install one?

on a nearly 43 year old boat, a sink would be the lease of your problems. my guess there is a lot more needing work on the boat than adding a sink.

get a survey, ask the surveyor as he is validating the sea worthiness of the boat, poking around the head, looking under the cabinets, etc.

I’ve got a surveyor all lined up. He will be giving it a thorough survey. I’m just wondering if it can be done.

It appears the 77 HM bath has a sink, vanity and mirror.
