Transom and stringer help

Long story short I purchased a 19’ Explorer flats boat, when I purchased the boat I knew it would need some repairs but never dreamed it would be a gut job. I’m in so deep now and the hull works for my area of fishing.

I am currently seeking advise on laminate schedules for proper and safe rebuild. Thanks in advance for your replies.

Capt. TW If it helps, you are certainly not the first boater that bought a boat only to find out it needs "gutted" and rebuilt. Read most any boat project and you will quickly see if runs in the boater family.

But you also came to the best place to get the help you need as well. Get some pictures posted and the help will flow quickly as well.
