How much epoxy

I am on the ground floor of a transom and stringer refit on a 1988 searay cc 8' beam
i was wondering how many gallons of epoxy to get a job like this done?

FYI epoxy is NOT required for this job. You can use it if you want but it's a lot more expensive. Polyester resin will get the job done quite nicely and lot less money. You'll probably need a Minimum of 15 gallons of either one. Plus 15 yards of Glass. Check the link in my signature below for some helpful info on how to do the work.

Thanks i was looking for a base line on material i read that
epoxy sticks to anything where poly does not thanks for the response

you still need to grind away the bad.... and when you think you ground away enough, you need to grind more.

its the lack of proper prep that people have issues with, and if you dont prep enough, then even epoxy wont stick.
