Scored a 1996 Sea Ray 230 Bowrider project boat!

OK guys, so I'm new here and I just scored a 1996 Sea Ray 230 Bowrider from my father. It runs but cosmetically needs quite a bit. Most of the interior vinyl panels have rotted and need replaced. My goal is not to restore the boat but to bring it back to decent condition. I will upload more pictures later this week. I will be replacing some of the vinyl panels, and I havent quite come up with a plan yet, so ideas are welcome!
