Oh, and if you dont have one of theses... I highly recommend one, not expensive, and extremely handy!! I needed a 95 deg angle, set my cuts perfectly!!

I believe that anyone who owns a table saw and doesn't have a Wixey Angle finder...Well It's against the LAW!!! The KEY to the OT sealer is to soak the edges BIG TIME and then follow up with 2 coats minimum of full strength Polyurethane.

So Cor there is no structural repairs needed? Cushions look GREAT as usual.

I have one of those digital angle thingy's only it's 2 ft long and hinged ... Work looks great ! I feel so left out ... I haven't had time to sew anything for quite some time ...:dispirited:

Corjen, just found this. I can't believe your doing another one. With all you learned on the first and how sweet she turned out I can't wait to see your end results on this one. Count me in.

I am always very impressed with your work, threw following your first rebuild and this rebuild I think I will try to do some of my own upholstering for the Dixie, I continue to get more ideas after reading threw yours. as always great job!
