Your really bringing out the beauty of that mahogany. She's definitely worth all your hard work! Keep the pics coming.

No wood plugs ... It's just the original filler in the screw holes .. But I am debating on plugging them .. How much depth would be the minimum for a wood plug ?

1/4" depth is considered minimum

Cool stuff KC ! I have yet to see one exactly like mine though ... Some are pretty close .. I think it may have been a Super De Lux model 3 or 4 from one of the older adds ...

Sam, not sure how I missed this but I just read the entire thread! Wow wish I was closer, I'd love to work on that. Maybe I'll have to pick up Wood and head down that way for spring break!

Heck yeah ! Come on down and Just make sure you raid Woody's garage for all his wood working tools ! ;)
Oh better stop and pick up some bug spray .. The sand gnats have shown up with all these 80 deg days we have been having lately .
No work on any boat related stuff this weekend .. Doing some pre-spring spring cleaning .. Much needed pressure washing and I still need to finish a few things on the outdoor kitchen /pool area the Admiral has been bugging me about ... Also need to install or have installed a new drive way culvert .. Mine is failing and starting to cave in little by little ...

Trade you sand gnats for the 30+ mounds of fire ants that popped up this weekend.... Found 5 of them the hard way while working on the fence
