Thanks guys just been taking the meds and staying in the horizontal position I do feel slightly better today after lunch .
Got a little stir crazy so I made my way to the garage and got a bow light that I found at the show for 25 bucks . Took some mother’s to it and it’s shining up pretty nice . I like it because it’s not too big and it has a flag staff hole . I think it will be a perfect fit . :) As you can see I need to drill the old broken one out .. The lenses are plastic and I’m a little scared to take them out for cleaning .. Also found a wooden handle to use for the trailer winch for 50 cents ...It will need to be cut down a little and I need to find the little crimp washer doodad to hold it on to the shaft . Idk Mike ..Doctor has not gotten back on the xrays yet . I’m think it’s disc / nerve Pain ..
I think 6he cartilage between the disc is just worn down and pinching the nerves

This back/leg pain thing has really got me screwed up ... really painful ... Not getting much sleep with my legs cramping up every time I move just a little ... I have been working a little on the floor board decking .. I have most of the cedar planks cut and under supports ... Now I’m rounding the edges with the router and sanding .. I also planed them down a bit..
Will be nice to have a nice even deck to stand on .. ;)

Sam, I KNOW what you're feeling!!! I've been battling it for 3 years off and On. Finally found a Pain Management Specialist that has helped me tremendously. I've had 3 surgeries and it kept coming back. So far, I've been pain free for 3 months!!!! I hope you get it figured out

Back pain is right up there with the 24/7 throbbing tooth. I hope it goes away for ya!

Mike I haven’t been cut on yet...Hopefully I won’t need to but I can’t rule it out unfortunately...
Kc, both are unbelievably painful but the teeth are much easier to fix ... :brushteeth:

I’m not totally out of the game yet so I got one section of floor ready for varnish ....I need to figure a way to fasten it down but still easily removable..

I also want to add a stiffener of sort to the top of the seat back.. Its a bit flimsy feeling even for a petite guy like me ....
Probably rip an 1-1/2” piece of cedar and fasten horizontally to the top...

Group them as 2or3 sections attached on the underside. Secure each but you can pull up 1 at a time section as you need. Maybe?

That is one whole section and is actually very lightweight.. I was thinking maybe a flat metal tab sticking out fastened to the bottom of the deck . Then install a threaded stud into the stringers . Drill a hole in the tab and secure with a wing nut ...
