wHat can I use tHis for? 1983 Evinrude 15 HP

I Have a 1983 Johnson Evinrude 15 Horsepower, more commonly known as a J15RCTA Model, However mine says J15BACTA as it’s a European Model, so I’ve been told. Maybe tHat could explain some differences? I don’t know. tHere’s tHis outlet tHat comes out to tHe left of tHe idle knob, I’m Having trouble finding out wHat it is or How it could be used for? wHere can I find tHis part and it’s part # if I wanted to purcHase it. That is for powering AC lights. With an accessory rectifier kit, it can be converted to DC for battery charging and DC lights / accessories.
