Hey guys I can only find an alignment tool for the SX Drive is it the same for a DPS? And, which service manual do I need to pull the engine from the boat?

I have a oil pan leak!

Thanks,
Jeff

Thanks guys! My motor is a 2010 5.7 Gi-J I have read on other threads where they discuss using a GM oil pan instead of the Volvo oil pan. Do you happen to know any part numbers that would fit? There are literally 20 different pans I can find. The Volvo pan is over $500 where GM pans are around $100.

Thanks!

and where do you think that Volvo buys the GM pan on the GM motor from? you have to get a GM industrial motor pan, not a GM automotive pan. there is only one GM industrial motor pan for 2007 on for the Gen 1 SBC

Thanks for your help guys, oil pan changed out and all back together! And in the picture where the oil is running out of the pan it is not the drain plug! It would leak when the oil got warm, I basically touched it with a screwdriver when the engine came out and the oil just starting pouring.

And, that oil pan part number is 10242245 in case anyone finds this thread that needs it. It was identical to the volvo pan except $400.00 cheaper!
