    Default Yamaha 25A using too much fuel

    Hi,Does anyone know why my Yamaha 25A is using so much fuel? It's fairly new to me, and runs well, but is getting through loads of fuel. It really smells of petrol too. Plenty of unburned fuel out of the exhaust. Any ideas?

    How much is too much? Might use 2.5 GPH at WOT. Could be the mixture is set too rich, or sticky/leaking needle and seat in the carb. Grab a manual and dig in!
