She starts very hard and I have too put it in neutral and gun throttle to get it so it will not stall out until it warms up.

Runs fine at 2000 RPM below that at trolling speed will stall out after 10 minutes.

Between 1000 and 2000 RPM will durge on its own and pick up speed.

Stalls after running around 3400 RPN and then coming into the dock.

I have changed internal and external gas filters, new plugs two sets.

Any other ideas my next thought was to either bring it in and get the carbs done (clenaed and rebuilt) at a cost of around $400 or try to do them myself.
