    Default f115 spark plug question

    i know an 06 f115 uses an lfr6a-11 ngk. a friend has a 4 pak of lfr5a iridium plugs for $20. has anyone used the hotter range lfr5 on an f115. thanks

    stay with the ones you are supposed to use.

    Much better to stay with the specified heat range plugs. Why are you even changing the plugs...the one's in the motor will run for a long time, providing there's no problems with the motor. Good Luck!
