    Talking 2004 Yamaha 60 hp 4 stroke TLRC

    My Trim would not work going down but would work going up. I used 2 jumper wires to test the relay, and it worked fine up and down. I took it out and would like to know how to test it. The relay part # is 61A-81950-00-00 Relay Assy.
