2004 Yamaha 25hp Oily Residue on Leg?

After a day of boating I notice an oily residue stain which appears to be coming out of a seem on the right back side of the motor. The seem that is staining appears to join the lower unit to the leg of the motor. I've owned this motor for 2 months and have noticed it each time I've used it. I originally thought it was unburnt pre-mix because of the 25/1 break in mix, Could it be an exhaust leak? Before I go back to the dealer I wanted to know what you fellas thought?

If it is a 2 stroke, it's normal. Don't worry.There is no gasket between the lower unit and the leg.
