2004 Yamaha 150TXRC Idel rough/boggs down at 4000rmp

Need some help please, sometimes stalles at start up, runs rough on idle, after the motor started to bogg down at 3500 to 4000 rpms. changed fuel in tank, fuel/water filters, add fuel additives and cleaners, changed plugs even know they did not look bad, not overheating, just had 100 hour service about 65 hours ago. have had all 100 hour services on motor 600 total hours.

I have same year engine. No issues so far with mine with only 140 hrs. Would like to know how you solve the problem.

My motor is 3 years older but it was doing the exact same thing. I changed the filters, fuel pumps, ran an external gas tank directly to the engine and nothing changed. I finally took it to my mechanic and all 3 carbs were very dirty. He told me he was amazed that it cranked. He cleaned them and everything is good.
